Summarized Prosecutors' Statement

As promised at this weekend's public hearing, please look here for a summary of an extensive conversation between GTRC representatives--Commissioner Bob Peters and Emily Harwell (research director)--and prosecutors from the 1980 state criminal trial against Klan and Nazi members. Because former District Attorney Mike Schlosser and former Assistant District Attorney Jim Coman were unable to speak at our hearing, they, along with former District Attorney Rick Greeson, agreed that we should disseminate this summary of their conversation, which they have approved.
